Mysterious side of Serra de Aire
The Serra dos Candeeiros Natural Park is marked by several rock formations and limestone caves, occupying part of the district of Leiria and the district of Santarém, it is one of the Portuguese elevations closest to the coast offering a magnificent landscape in which sea and saw intertwine.
The Mysterious side of Serra de Aire, is the largest natural habitat for hundreds of species, in which you can appreciate from the woolly bat and dozens of birds; from the red-billed rook, eagle owl, hawk, owl, and various species of owls among other animals as well as reptiles and amphibians.
Serra d'Aire e Candeeiros allows you to discover the other side of nature so close to Fátima.

Located very close to the Sanctuary, where you will discover the history of the children of Fátima and the most important historical events that took place in the city. It is one of the first wax museums in Portugal.

The Life of Christ Museum is a wax museum located in the city of Fátima, Portugal.
Located in Cova da Iria, near the Shrine of Our Lady of Fátima, it is a themed museum about the life of Jesus Christ and is considered unique in the world.
The Life of Christ Museum depicts the life of Jesus, from the Angel's annunciation to Mary to Jesus' Ascension into Heaven, in a total of 33 scenes, through 210 life-size wax figures dressed in clothes made from fabrics manufactured in the Sertã area on handlooms by Portuguese artisans.
Throughout the year, the Life of Christ Museum presents a diverse range of activities. Come and see what the Museum has to offer!
